Return Policy

Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you find a Revicore™ product purchased does not perform to your expectations, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

We guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be authorized in advance, and as a quality control measure, Clinical Services may further inquire to ensure clear expectation and utilization of products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for returned products. In order to receive credit from us for products that were damaged during shipping, you must keep the original box(es) and packing material so that our shipper can inspect the damage. Any claim of damaged or missing products must be requested within 24 hours of receipt.

If you ever need to return a product (not including books and accessories) within 30 days of purchase, we will either refund your money or give you full account credit for those products. We will gladly issue 100% account credit for items returned up to 180 days after purchase. A 20% re-stocking fee is applied for all products returned for a refund 30 days after purchase. No account credit or refund will be issued for products that are returned 180 days after purchase or that have been defaced, marked, stamped, externally priced/labeled, or are otherwise damaged and are unsuitable for resale.

Due to our strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the storage requirements for probiotic products, we are unable to accept probiotic products for return or exchange after 30 days of purchase. To maintain product efficacy and for our clients’ protection, we must ensure the strength of our products. Improper storage and extended shelf life may decrease the activity of these products. Revicore™ guarantees to meet or exceed the label specifications and client satisfaction.
